rules of play
Have a read before you book - our rules of play are there to make sure everyone has the best experience.
1.
We love Puddlejump Lane and all the puddle jumpers who comes to play - we hope you'll love it too! Please respect the play equipment and encourage your puddle jumpers to do the same.
2.
Children must be supervised at all times by their responsible adult; we cannot take responsibility for children at any time.
3.
To keep Puddlejump Lane clean for everyone to enjoy, we don't permit food or drink in the play area.
4.
Please do take lots of photos of your own puddle jumpers at play and share them with us via social media, but please try to only take photos of your own children. Puddlejump Lane cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other visitors. We will not share any photos we capture without obtaining written consent prior to us sharing them.
5.
If you arrive late for your booking you are most welcome to enjoy Puddlejump Lane for the remainder of your booking, however there will be no refunds given for time missed.
6.
Puddlejump Lane accepts no liability for any loss or damage to visitors’ belongings. We advise you to keep valuables with you at all times.
7.
Accidents happen - please report any damage to the play area or any of the equipment to us at the earliest opportunity. However, if the damage is found to be intentional, you may be required to pay for repair or replacement.
8.
Puddlejump Lane is a no shoe zone - please remove your shoes and please wear socks at all times.
9.
Puddlejump Lane is intended to be used indoors - a suitable indoor space must be available for us to set up.
10.
The children who get the most benefit out of Puddlejump Lane are walkers up to aged 6, although anyone can come and play. Please note that some of the toys and costumes are designed for children aged 3 and over, therefore please closely supervise those under 3.
